However, my room lacked adequate soundproofing and had a slightly dated feel, which affected my overall comfort. I had a wonderful experience at Palm Mountain Resort & Spa, enjoying the beautiful grounds and relaxing by the heated pool each afternoon. The staff, especially Tara, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, I did find the rooms to be in need of an update and the Wi-Fi service could definitely be faster. Despite these drawbacks, the location and the value for the price were excellent.
